Sara Wallace is a creatively driven Exec Producer with twenty years experience crafting film, stills and live event for high profile brands and artists.
Serving as Exec Producer at SMUGGLER for four years, Sara worked with acclaimed talent such as Tom Hooper (The Kings Speech), Kathryn Bigelow (Hurt Locker) and Jonah Hill across a range of commercials, fashion films and music videos. Overseeing all creative output for Europe and Asia, Sara was instrumental in SMUGGLER winning the Cannes Lions Palme D’Or in 2022, along with numerous other accolades.
Following her tenure at SMUGGLER Sara spent a year establishing the London office for The Corner Shop, a BAFTA and Emmy-winning production company, working with directors such as Ellen Kuras (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) and Joey Soloway (Transparent).
Prior to London, Sara spent four years in New York producing branded film for Droga5 and Mother.
While at Droga5 Sara produced an unprecedented live event and music video for Beyoncé on behalf of the United Nations for World Humanitarian Day. Shot live at the UN HQ in New York to a celebrity audience including FLOTUS Michelle Obama, the event raised over $100M for charity and earned an MTV music video award.
Sara has worked with brands including CHANEL, Gucci, Balmain, Nike, PUMA and all manner of high profile talent across complex productions. She has been a jury member for every major design and advertising award show globally and has won a plethora of awards across the board.
In addition to her professional career, for the last four years Sara has held the position of Board Director at Rich Mix, a nonprofit arts centre, live music venue and cinema in Shoreditch. Sara’s position included overseeing company-wide management, strategy, future proofing and driving artistic vision, with a particular focus on film and cinema.
